Return Policy

OVERVIEW

As a part of our continual commitment to support and supply our customer the highest level of service, Nettleton Concrete, Inc. would like to advise the implementation of our revised Return Policy.

Maximum 15% Restocking Fee on Returns When:

  • Products that are considered as stocked items must be returned in original, new and unused condition.
  • Includes (but not limited to): Pavers, Retaining Wall, CMU, Bagged Goods, and Accessories
  • Stacked in original full pallet stack pattern, with original undisturbed packaging.
  • Returned within 45 days of invoice.

Maximum 25% Restocking Fee will be charged When:.

  • Returns on Partial pallet(s) of stocked products, including brick, block, pavers, retaining wall, and bagged goods.
  • All products will be sorted to determine if returnable. Dirty, broken, and partial layers of items sold by the layer will not be returnable. -- Any credit on products returned will be at the discretion of the yard accepting the return.
  • Returned within 45 days of invoice.

For Returns Needing to be Picked Up:

  • Minimum $4.00 per mile (Entire Trip) + Maximum 25% Restocking Fee + $150 per hour for time on the job. 
  • This service is not available in all areas.
  • Scheduling will be based on availability.
  • Pick Up Returns requiring an LTL will be paid by the Buyer. 

No refund will be given for the following returns:

  • Special Orders. Includes (but not limited to): Colored Block, Non-Stocking Manufactured Items.
  • Special Order Resale Products. Includes (but not limited to): Fire Brick, precast, etc.
  • Seconds / Culls

 

PALLET RETURN POLICY

  • Pallet returns are subject to inspection and will be graded Usable, Repairable, Beyond Repair. Customers may be eligible for a credit on usable pallets, a partial credit for repairable pallets and no credit for pallets beyond repair.
  • Acceptable Pallets must be marked with Return to NCI or masonry pallets.
  • Pallets picked up from job sites must be stacked neatly, free of debris, and be accessible by the delivery driver. Pallets that do not meet these standards will not be picked up and returned. See images below for acceptable and unacceptable pallet returns. 

 

NETTLETON CONCRETE, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURN OR CHARGE A RESTOCKING/PICKUP FEE DEPENDENT ON THE CONDITION OF THE RETURN AND ITS LOCATION.
